ssz-a（i/ii）overload limiter use the single-chip computer system developed by our company, that is  modular mainboard, good performance, good reliability. it is use to gauge and display and control the lifting weight of bridge crane、 gantry  crane、overhead crane、electric gourd、portal crane.  this limiter is composed of intelligent measurement and control instrument and load sensor. i type is for 1 line signal input crane and ii type is for 2 lines signal input crane.

the mainframe use the insulating, ventilated and good anti-pressure engineering plastic, which is small, light,anti-interference and good stability.

it used digital tube with two windows and high brightness and it can show real-time lifting weight and rated weight.

real time monitoring collect the weight signal of crane

debug by key and it can be more convenient when changing the working condition.

sound and light warning: when the working condition will reach the limit value, it will warn with sound and light.at the same time, it will output the control signal of safety to guarantee the output is safe.

power-off memory: accidental power-off will not lose the index settingup and it can work long time

the mainboard core use the self-develoed ms51  and standard card. the additional signal adjustment module can change the data-select output freely. the speed of dealing is more fast and accurate.
